Redditch Borough Council Legal
Services is an in-house legal service.
We provide a comprehensive legal advice and
representation service to all departments of the Council and the
Corporate decision making process.
Our in-house staff provide the greater part of
the overall legal service to the Council, with the remainder
provided by Legal Counsel and occasionally agent solicitors in
private practice or other local authorities.
The Legal Services department cannot provide
legal services to members of the public, as we can only act for the
Council and other approved public bodies.
