Our Performance
We continually monitor our
performance so that we are able to make improvements to our
services.
The process starts by setting our
priorities and a ims for the next three years within our
Council Plan 2010-13.
These aspirations are developed into
detailed annual Service Plans that specify the challenges ahead for
all members of staff.
To make sure that we remain on track we
regularly monitor our performance and compare this with other
Councils nationally.
