Viewing Planning Applications Online
It is possible to view the details of specific planning
applications via the Council’s Online Access to Planning
Applications. This is an Internet Service that allows you to view
details of planning applications being considered by the Council as
well as some planning history.
Important – Copyright Notice
Planning application information submitted to the Council is
protected by the Copyright Acts (Section 47, 1988 Act). You
may only use information which is downloaded and / or printed for
consultation purposes and to compare current applications with
previous schemes. Further copies must not be made without the prior
permission of the copyright owner.

PLEASE NOTE!
A document search is now available online but if
you would like to view any plans and other documents
relating to a planning application you can also contact
the Development Management Team at Redditch Borough Council
developmentcontrol@redditchbc.gov.uk.
Regrettably, at present we are experiencing problems which
prevent the electronic submission of comments via the Councils
Public Access to Planning system. Until this issue has
been rectified you may submit comments by emailing
developmentcontrol@redditchbc.gov.uk
or by writing to Development Management,
Planning and Regeneration Services, Town Hall, Walter Stranz
Square, Redditch B98 8AH. Many apologies for the inconvenience
caused thank you for your patience.
To access the Online Access to
Planning Applications you will need to click on I agree below. In
doing this you will acknowledge that you have read, understood
and agree to the copyright and other limitations.

Limitations
The service continues to be developed, but at present
no constraint information and only some associated documents are
available online.
The on-line planning history
contained within the site at present is incomplete and should not
be relied upon in connection with a property transaction.
Anyone wishing to obtain planning information for this
purpose is advised to carry out a local land charges search through
the Council’s Land Charges Service or the National Land Information
Service (NLIS – http://www.nlis.org.uk/) using one of
the licensed channels. No responsibility will be taken for any
errors or omissions in the planning history information obtained
from “Public Access”. Similarly, the information contained within
Online Access to Planning Applications does not constitute in any
way a formal notification of a planning decision, and as such any
actions taken as a result of information displayed on the site are
taken entirely at the viewer’s own risk.
Redditch Borough Council reserves
the right to remove or not display certain planning application
information for confidentiality or other reasons.
The site is open to members of the
general public. Contributors should, therefore, refrain from making
any comments that could be viewed as defamatory or prejudicial as
this could result in action being taken against the contributor
concerned. Submissions containing such comments will be removed
from the site.
Please note that Public
Access is unavailable between midnight and 7am due to essential
system maintenance. If you find Public Access is not working at
another time, please contact the Development Management Team on
01527 534062 to let us know so we can resolve the
problem.

periods when public Access is not working, you can
email any comments you would like to make on an
application to the Development Management Team on
