Paying your rent

Our aim is to make it simple for you by providing several payment methods.

Online payment service

https://www.redditchbc.gov.uk/payments 

In Person

At the Cashiers Office in any Customer Service Centre.

Swipe Card - Payzone

At any Post Office or retail outlet displaying the logo.  View a list of Post Offices and payzones in the area.
If you’d like to order a swipe card please call  01527 534193 or email us.

By Telephone

Using your debit or credit card,  01527 534193, or our automated payment service,  01527 534005, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

By Direct Debit

Payments are taken on the 1st or the 15th of the month.Direct Debit Form 

By Standing Order

Made directly from your account, paid in advance so your account does not go into arrears.Standing Order Form.  

By Post

You can post a cheque or postal order, made payable to Redditch Borough Council.  Ensure that you provide your name and address so that we can identify your account. Please do not send cash.
