The Arrow Vale Sports Centre is a dual use facility offering a
wide range of sessions and activities. These consist of a 4 court,
multi use sports hall available for badminton and five a side
football, basketball, volleyball and many others.
A 2 floor fitness suite with over 40 pieces of equipment is
available for use along with the dance studio with various classes
throughout the week.
The new Interactive gym is perfect to hire for children's
parties, offering Dance Mats, Interactive Sports wall and Xbox
Kinect.
A small gymnasium is also available with various classes for
gymnastics and trampolining throughout the week.
Outdoor facilities comprise a floodlit, all weather synthetic pitch
available for 11 a side football, hockey and training sessions.
The leisure Centre is located in the east of the town and is
accessible from all major road links.

Fitness Classes
Arrow Vale Sport Centre have two fitness studio's
Studio One
BTS classes take place all week, they include Body Jam,
Body Pump and Body Combat. To take part in a class just turn up at
the time stated on the timetable NO BOOKING
REQUIRED.
Studio Two
The classes that take place are Spin Max, Perfect Spin, Boxfit,
Ladies Boxfit and Perfect Core. There are limited spaces for studio
two classes BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL.

I-Gym
Our new Interactive Zone is perfect for children's parties. The
activities on offer are Dance Matt's, Interactive Sports wall and
Xbox Kinect. Parties take place Saturday and Sunday 11:00-18:30,
they last for 1hour 30minutes and have a capacity of 16 children.
