Step by Step Guide to Booking an Induction

at Lifestyles Fitness Suite

1. Either by phone or in person book a specific induction time with an instructor (various times every day of the week). Inductions can be booked with a maximum 2 people per time slot.
2. At the Induction stage it is a one to one with the instructor, the client will go through a medical questionnaire, if everything is ok then the instructor will go through a designated training programme based on the clients needs and will then show the client how to use the necessary equipment.
3. Then there are 2 ways of joining either by
4. Direct debit – customers will need to complete a direct debit mandate, so we will need details of your bank account. The first payment is a pro-rata payment by cash, cheque or credit/debit card. From then on payments are collected fro your bank account on the first of each month. You are then free to use the fitness suite’s at anytime, unlimited use.
5. members must give 3 month’s notice to  cancel the direct debit arrangement.
6. Casual – Pay for the induction then pay each time use the facility

There are 3 different membership types, Single, Joint (partner/relative living at the same address), and Student (proof required).
