Fireworks Spectacular!

18.00 - 21.00

The Firework Extravaganza is a great fun, evening out for all the family.

This year’s event is on Wednesday the 5th November at the Arrow Valley Country Park.

Wilson’s Fun Fair will be there in force, starting at 6pm with a range of rides for all the family and the Radio Redditch Roadshow will be kicking off at 6.30pm

The firework display will be lighting up the evening sky at around 7.30pm and best of all, apart from the Fun Fair and refreshments the event is free of charge for everyone

Limited parking is available off Padgets Lane but if you can, why not walk and enjoy the atmosphere as you go

Enjoy your fireworks in safety this year by attending one of these amazing events!

Organised firework events are statistically safer then unorganised events. If you choose to organise your own display then please follow the Firework Safety Code below and make it available to your family and friends

  • Firework Safety Code
  • Only buy fireworks marked BS 7114.
  • Don’t drink alcohol if setting off fireworks.
  • Keep fireworks in a closed box.
  • Follow the instructions on each firework.
  • Light at arm's length, using a taper.
  • Stand well back.
  • Never go near a firework that has been lit. Even if it hasn’t gone off, it could still explode.
  • Never put fireworks in your pocket or throw them.
  • Always supervise children around fireworks.
  • Light sparklers one at a time and wear gloves.
  • Never give sparklers to a child under five.
  • Keep pets indoors.
