What is the Service?

The Care & Repair Agency provides a comprehensive support facility for repairs, improvements and adaptations to privately owned homes of persons who are elderly, have disabilities, are vulnerable, or on low incomes.

The Agency enables people to continue to live independently in their own homes, ensuring their homes are free from damp, warm, safe, secure, comfortable and suitable for their housing needs.

The Agency can help in applying for grants, where appropriate, which may fund part or all of the works.  The Agency can give information on obtaining finance, as appropriate, from a wide range of sources.
