Rent and Welfare Advice
About Us
Redditch Borough Council's Rent & Welfare Team are responsible for the collection of your rent. We can offer advise and assistance on methods of payments and deal with any queries in relation to payments and your account. It is important that you keep your rent account up to date. If you do experience any problems in paying you must contact the Rent and Welfare Team as soon as possible.
Benefits
If you are struggling to pay your rent and are on a low income you may be entitled to help towards paying your rent. Contact Housing Benefit for further information.
