Business Centres

Redditch Borough Council manages three business centres providing quality premises suitable for new business start-ups and small businesses.

Office space and workshop units are offered on short-term licences, with just 14 days notice required and no legal fees payable, providing a flexible and cost effective property solution for the small business. The monthly licence fees are inclusive of VAT, rent, water rates and background heating and lighting but are exclusive of business rates.  Occupiers may be eligible for small business rate relief of up to 50%.  All of the centres also offer 24 hour access and free parking.

Rubicon Centre, Lakeside, Redditch, B98 8YP

The Rubicon Centre offers both serviced workshops and office space, with the additional benefits of a manned reception, care taking, secretarial, photocopying, fax services and conference facilities.  There is 24-hour access and free parking.

Managed workshops provide flexible workspace for commercial and light industrial businesses.  They range from 280-590 sq ft and cost from £340.97 -£718.48 per month.

Serviced offices provide flexible office space for small businesses.  Offices range from 150-300 sq ft and cost from £252.85 - £505.69 per month.

• Conference Room facilities are available at £16.00 per hour to include use of overhead projector, video and flip chart.

Greenlands Business Centre, Redditch, B98 7HD

Highly sought after, Greenlands Business Centre is home to serviced offices suitable for small businesses, conveniently located for easy access to motorway links and major centres in the West Midlands.

Facilities include manned reception, business support services, to include telephone answering and divert facility, conference room and caretaking facilities.

Offices range from 108 - 600 sq ft and cost from £235.89 -£1189.76 per month.

Heming Road Business Centre, Washford Industrial Estate, Redditch, B98 0DH

This centre has been designed for warehousing, light industrial or engineering use.  Phase 3 electricity is available in all units and there is 24-hour access and free parking.

Units range from 290-428 sq ft and cost from £257.85 – £380.56 per month.
