New Performance indicators for 2008/2009

From April 2008 the way that Local Authorities measure performance will be based on

NI 180 = the number of changes of circumstances which affect customer's Housing Benefit/ Council Tax Benefit entitlement.

NI 181 = the time taken to process Housing Benefit/ Council Tax Benefits new claims and change events..
