
Sundry Debts – Paying your bills
Sundry debts cover all income to the Council except council tax & current rent. If you need to make arrangements to pay your bill by instalments please call one of the telephone numbers at the bottom. You can pay by cheque, cash, postal order or debit/credit card. We can take card payments over the telephone on the above numbers or you can visit the Town Hall or neighbourhood offices to make payment.
If you have a bank or building society account why not consider paying by direct debit. It is the cheapest and most convenient way to pay. If you wish to pay by direct debit please contact us on the telephone numbers below and we will send you a Sundry Debt Direct Debit mandate to complete. There are 2 payments dates for most sundry debts, the 1st or the 15th of each month.
Should you wish to cancel your membership, please contact your gym by giving 3 months notice in writing as per your contract. Please do not cancel your direct debit until the 3 months have expired.

Redditch Borough Council no longer operate a Trade Refuse service.

If you are a new customer please contact Environmental Services on telephone number 01527 534192, where someone will take your details and e-mail them to Cleanaways.

If you wish to terminate your garage tenancy you must give 4 weeks notice in writing to the Rent/Tenancy Team at Woodrow Neighbourhood Office. You then need to hand your keys back before 12.00pm on the Monday that your tenancy will be due to finish.
