The EC have set financial thresholds and all procurement above these thresholds must be advertised within the EU Journal which is available to companies throughout Europe. Consequently, for mainstream goods and services which the Council purchase regularly, we will advertise within the EU Journal any procurement above the following annual values:
‘goods’, ‘services’ and ‘works’ are specifically defined within schedules of the Public Contracts Regulations (see above).
