“Discounted sale properties” are provided through Planning Policy, on certain large private development sites, they are intended to be sold at between 10% and 25% discount from the full market price.

The price discount is applicable at every sale and is regulated by a legal agreement, which states that purchasers must be first time buyers and have a local connection to the Borough
