Neighbour Nuisance - Threatening Behaviour

You are entitled to enjoy your home in peace and comfort, free from nuisance and harassment.  Irresponsible behaviour on the part of a minority of tenants and their neighbours can lead to a great deal of stress.  Tenants should show consideration and tolerance towards each other and aim to resolve any disagreements between themselves before involving anyone else.

If the nuisance persists visit any One Stop Shop, who will advise you what to do, complete with you a Neighbour Nuisance Form This is a link to a PDF file. (21.81 KB)
If the problem involves Anti-Social Behaviour a specialised team can take a range of actions to stop it
