Reporting a Repair

Tell us immediately if there are any faults in your home which the Council is obliged to repair.

If you wish to report a housing repair directly to us

When you contact us, let us know:

• Your name address and telephone number
• Details of the item that needs repairing
• The details will then be put on our computer system
• We will tell you how soon we will respond
• We will place an order or we will arrange for a Supervisor to visit your home to look at what needs to be done.
