When registering your details you will be asked to include your contact details.  If other people from your company register for this service they will be able to see that you have registered but will have no access to information about your enquiry.  A list of registered contacts for an individual company will be visible to all registered contacts.  Contacts can choose to share the details of their enquiry or service request with other registered contacts.  If you would like to access information on service requests raised by other registered users you should contact those users and ask them to share their enquiry with you.  

Redditch Borough Council will not release details of service requests raised by an individual on behalf of a company to other employees of the company or any other third party without consulting the person who raised the request.  Should a request for this information be received it will be dealt with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the originator will be consulted before a decision is reached on whether or not it can be disclosed.  It should be noted that there are exemptions from disclosure contained in the Act for information provided in confidence and for commercially sensitive information.
