
There are seven main industrial estates in Redditch, all enjoy excellent road access and are located within 10 minutes of the M42.
The Town’s Industrial estates are typically well planned low density developments, with wide roads, ample parking and minimal infringement on residential areas. Mostly built within the last 30 years, units are modern and generally benefit from three phase electricity. Estates are sympathetically landscaped and common areas well maintained. There is a variety of industrial unit types and sizes in Redditch, which can satisfy the needs of most companies.
Rental levels for industrial premises average around £5.48 per square foot per annum, depending on total unit size and property age and location, but can range from as little as £3.18 to £6.99/sq ft p.a. Prices quoted are exclusive of business rates and services. Some freehold properties are available in addition to some green field sites available for purpose built units.
Two of the council’s three business centres offer managed workshop units. The units at Heming Road and The Rubicon range from 102–590 sq. ft. and are available on short term.
