Most industrial and office space in Redditch is owned by private property companies, a result of the sale of entire industrial estates by the Commission for New Towns, although some are owner occupied. Redditch Borough Council owns and runs three business centres offering serviced offices and workshops.  The Borough Council also owns some retail units in the various district centres.  

Land

The Council does not maintain records of land ownership, however we can provide information about whether the Council owns a particular piece of land via our Property Management Services department.
