Road Network

The Town’s modern road network is clear and free flowing, with very little congestion even at peak times. Only 10 minutes drive from junction 2 of the M42, Redditch is at the heart of the national motorway network, with the M5, M40, M6 and M50 all easily accessible.  This prime position offers easy travelling to any part of the UK, Europe and worldwide. Leeds, London and Plymouth can all be reached from Redditch in under three hours by road.

Rail Links

Redditch sits on the Birmingham cross-city line , with frequent trains to Birmingham New Street which provides access to rail links to the rest of the country.

The excellent road links are a major advantage to exporters located in Redditch , allowing motorway driving from factory gate to ports and the channel tunnel.  

Airports

Birmingham international Airport is only 25 minutes (20 miles) drive from Redditch by car.  Birmingham International is the UK ’s second largest airport outside London .  Flights to over 100 destinations are operated out of the airport, including transatlantic, European and internal UK flights.
