Redditch Borough Council delivers a wide array of vital services in the thriving town of Redditch and its outlying areas, which include the villages of Astwood Bank and Feckenham to the south.
Although mainly urban in character, the western areas of the Borough and Parish of Feckenham are mainly rural.
The Council works with many other organisations to deliver a full range of local services such as education, social care, transportation, leisure and environmental services for the benefit of around 79,000 residents and the many others who live and work here.
Decisions on the Council's important policies and plans are made by democratically-elected Councillors, each representing a particular area of the Borough. These are supported by some 1,100 employees, who deliver the services to you.
In this section, you can find out how the Council works and who your Councillor is, view many important documents and see how we match up to our key targets for performance.
