Fraud

The Investigations Section are committed to the prevention and detection of fraud.

If you know of someone who may be claiming benefit fraudulently the Investigations Section is waiting to hear from you.

Please give as much information as possible. For example if someone is working, do you know where?

Emails: benefitsfraud@redditchbc.gov.uk All emails will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

The National Hotline will operate between 08.30 and 18.30 Monday to Friday. Information given to the hotline will then be passed to the relevant local authority, including Redditch, regardless of where the call is made from. If members of the public wish to report suspected fraud but are unsure who to contact, trained staff on the hotline will be able to give advice to them.
