Feedback for unsuccessful tenderers
Following a formal tender process, once a supplier has been selected we will notify the unsuccessful tenderers that they have not been selected.
In addition, under the Local Government Act and European Directives, we will provide further information upon request from:
- Any applicant who has asked to be allowed to tender and a decision has been made not to invite that applicant to tender.
- Any tenderer whose tender submission is disqualified.
- Any applicant who is excluded from an approved list.
- Any tenderer whose tender is not accepted.
- Any existing contractor from whom approval or nomination or selection of sub-contractors is withheld.
- Any existing contractor who has a contract terminated.
If you have recently been unsuccessful in any of the above circumstances and would like feedback on the reasons behind our decison making processes please contact procurement@redditchbc.gov.uk or telephone the Policy Team on 01527 64252 ext 3335.
