It's official-Tenbury High students are receiving top quality PSHE education. Under the leadership of PSHE and Citizenship coordinator Kate Loupart, supported by her predecessor Adrian Taylor, there have been big changes in the department over the past couple of years. PSHE lessons have far more active learning opportunities and are far more engaging for students. A specialist, trained team, which includes the head teacher Stuart Cooke, now teaches the Sex and Relationships modules in the programme. At a recent open evening at the school, parents and carers were invited to ‘sample’ some of the exciting lessons on offer, which included a graphic quiz on sexually transmitted infections. Luckily it didn’t put people off the wonderful healthy buffet supper provided by the school!
