Christmas Park & Ride 2008

Choose Park & Ride this Christmas!

This year, make the most out of the festive season by taking advantage of the special Christmas Park & Ride services for the Worcester Christmas Fayre and Saturday Christmas shopping.

Services will be operating from the Perdiswell Park & Ride site, ideal for those travelling in from the North, and also from County Hall, for those coming in from the East, South and West.

For the Worcester Christmas Fayre, both sites will be offering extended opening hours, and Saturday shopping services will also run from both sites in the run up to Christmas.

The two sites will be operating for the following dates and times:

Worcester Christmas Fayre Park & Ride

Thursday 27th and Friday 28th November
Perdiswell Park & Ride: 7am - 9.40pm

Saturday 29th November
Perdiswell Park & Ride: 7am - 8.15pm
County Hall: 8.30am - 8.15pm

Sunday 30th November
Perdiswell Park & Ride: 9.30am - 5.15pm
County Hall: 9.30am - 5.15pm

Christmas Shopping Park & Ride

Every Saturday between 6th and 20th December
Perdiswell Park & Ride: 7am - 7pm
County Hall: 8.30am - 6.30pm

Please note that the Christmas Park & Ride will not be operating from Christopher Whitehead School this year, however additional buses will be operating from County Hall to take passengers to the city centre.

Sales Shopping Park & Ride

Saturday 27th December
Perdiswell Park & Ride: 7am – 7pm

Christmas Opening Times

Perdiswell Park & Ride will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day, but otherwise will operating the normal hours of 7am – 7pm from Monday to Saturday.

Fares

The standard fare and ticketing structure will apply at £2.20 per adult or £3.50 for a driver and up to six passengers. Travel Only tickets and Weekly Saver tickets are also available. For more details go to Fares & Tickets.

Over 60s or those with a disability travel for free with a Concessionary Pass but must pay £2.20 if parking, unless displaying a Blue Badge.
