- Management responsibility for the Corporate Procurement Strategy
- Chairman of the Corporate Procurement Group
- Professional advice, guidance and support to all directorates
- Chairman of the Worcestershire Procurement Partnership

- Lead on E-Procurement, Procurement Communication
- Compiles and manages the Corporate Procurement Plan and Contracts Register
