Council Tax in Wychavon

Your Council Tax, together with Government grants, pays for the services you receive.

Wychavon's Council Tax levy.

The Council Tax levy for 2008-09 is £103.79 for a Band D property. In addition some parts of the district will pay a special expenses levy which is £1.39 on average for a Band D property. It covers work in specific areas such as grass cutting.

How we’ll spend the cash in 2008/2009

Council Tax Leaflet 2007/08

We have agreed a net expenditure for 2008-09 of £12,174 million, including new budget initiatives totalling £225,000. After taking the use of our reserves, balances and central government support into account, your council tax increase this year is once again just 2.5%.
